Hennadiy is an Israeli citizen, but he was born in Odessa. He has been living in Israel since he was thirteen. He graduated from the school in Israel and completed the mandatory military service there. But as they say, “there are no ex-Odessans”. So, with the beginning of the full-scale Russian military invasion, Hennadiy did not hesitate even for a second. Now he is a soldier in the International Legion for the Defense of Ukraine. Despite having been heavily injured during an assault against enemy positions, the man intends to return to combat and fight till victory. He is ready to do whatever it takes to prevent the Russian tanks from coming to his hometown.
